Join us for a deeply relaxing, inward journey unlike any other!

This highly innovative combination of somatic movement and sound healing is sure to leave you transformed, integrated and at peace.

Somatic Sound Journey: Unity in Motion brings together the talents of Certified Hanna Somatic Educator Aimee Takaya and Multi-instrumental Sound Healer Steven Rubio.

Your journey will begin with a sensory-awareness building somatic movement class to free you of muscular tension and stress and reconnect you to a free, easy, flowing experience in your body. As you become open, receptive and relaxed you will then be guided into even deeper levels of tranquility by a soothing sound bath at A-432Hz.

We close by sharing individual experiences over delightful vegan snacks and refreshments!

This is an ALL LEVELS movement class! No experience required.

BRING: A large towel/blanket and a pillow. There will be extra props if needed, but supplies are limited. If you prefer softer surfaces, you may bring a yoga or pilates mat as well.

Aimee Takaya began her personal healing journey with Yoga at 19 years old. She went on to teach in over 18 different countries. After multiple yoga injuries, she discovered Hanna Somatic Education through her father. She has used this method to completely transform her body and the way she moves through life. She works with private clients locally in the San Bernadino Mountains and internationally over zoom to help them release muscular tension and find joy through this reliable and gentle practice.

Steven Rubio is a Professional Musician and Sound Healer from Lake Arrowhead, Ca. He graduated from Musicians Institute in 2010 and has since travelled the world performing and recording. In 2019, he gave a TEDTalk on the importance of sound frequencies at TEDxSkyforest. Steven offers a very different sound bath experience, drawing inspiration from his unique instruments & his knowledge of music. He utilizes A=432 Hz. tuning and Monaural Beats to offer the most effective sound healing sessions available.
