A 75 minute offering inviting you into the depths of your essence. We will navigate into the buried and forgotten parts of the soul, cutting cords to release the energetic holds of the past. The stagnant energy will be shifted and released from the body using somatic breath work. You will then be gently guided into a deep, relaxing meditative state where you can rest or drift into the ethers as the sound and vibrations from the instruments fill the room and cleanse the space.
