✨Welcome to The Golden Thread Somatic Sensing Circles ✨

We're starting back up for the fall!

This circle is inspired by Field Facilitation and Heart IQ practices—transpersonal medicine practices of coming together, building our capacity to connect, align, and collaborate with others. In this space, we get to be truly seen and held—even in the nervous system patterns where usually hide, or unintentionally lost agency. Then, miracles unfold: we complete incomplete stress and trauma cycles, so that relational field begins to heal when we develop the tools and capacity. And when we heal, our relationships heal, rippling outward… to the wider world.

Think of this as a monthly reset for your whole system—the place where your nervous system (aka your inner GPS) gets the love, attention, and tuning it deserves.

Our nervous system is like the mycelium network of our inner world—quietly weaving connections that shape how we feel, move, relate, and make sense of life. But in a world where we’re constantly bombarded with outside noise, old emotional and cognitive scripts, it’s easy to lose track of the rich river of signals flowing inside us. That’s where this circle comes in.

Here, we play with “sensing practices”—simple but powerful ways of expanding our capacity to notice and feel more of our moment-to-moment experience. Think of them as new world superpowers: tools for living with more aliveness, clarity, and connection.

In circle, we slow down, tune in, and discover the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways our body and energy are speaking to us. We practice listening—without judgment—to the hidden wisdom that lives in our sensations. And when we do this together? We get to co-regulate, recharge, and remember what it feels like to belong—both to ourselves and to each other.

This is a space to deepen your self-care, strengthen your inner resilience, and cultivate the kind of grounded presence the world is hungry for right now. Plus, it’s way more fun (and powerful) to practice these skills in community than going it alone. Can you say amplify?
