About this Event

Release. Reclaim. Transform

Anger is sacred. It's powerful, instinctual, and deeply intelligent. Yet, so many women have been conditioned to fear their anger - taught to suppress it, numb it, or feel shame around it. However, unprocessed anger doesn’t just disappear; it lingers in the body, manifesting as stress, resentment, anxiety, or even physical pain.

This 4-hour immersive ceremony is designed to help you create a healthier relationship with your anger. Through somatic practices and guided movement you'll learn how to move anger through your body rather than letting it control or consume you. This is a space to transmute rage into power, clarity, and deep emotional liberation.

You do not need to be an “angry person” to attend - this is a space for anyone who wants to build a healthier, more conscious relationship with their emotions.

Why healing your relationship with anger is so important
  • Suppressed or repressed anger can manifest as chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, or physical tension.
  • When we repress anger, we also repress our ability to set boundaries and stand in our truth.
  • Learning to process anger in a healthy way leads to more emotional freedom, self-trust, and authentic self-expression.
  • Anger, when understood, is a profound catalyst for healing, empowerment and transformation.

This Ceremony is for women who…
  • Feel disconnected from their anger or struggle expressing it in a healthy way.
  • Suppress their emotions to “keep the peace” but feel resentment building inside.
  • Get easily triggered by anger (theirs or others) and want to learn how to navigate it with more ease.
  • Want to move past guilt and shame around their emotions and reclaim their full power.
  • Are ready to release stored anger, rage or frustration in a safe, guided, and empowering way.

This is a deeply held container of safety, expression, and transformation. You will not only be guided in your own emotional process but also held in a space of collective healing with other women.

Come as you are - leave feeling lighter, more empowered, and deeply connected to yourself.
