Somatic Ritual Yoga
Somatic Ritual Yoga Wednesdays at Elevate on Mass, 6-7pm. Systematically realign your structure, increase somatic awareness, relax tight muscles, unwind bound-up fascia, open up space in the body for optimal functioning, increase range of motion in the joints, and re-commit to making a habit of caring for and nourishing yourself!
Our bodies deserve to feel wonderful! Somatic Ritual Yoga classes focus on self-care: self-massage, gentle somatic exercises, embodied breath-work, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, meditation, and affirmation. These methods and techniques are grounded in the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda.
We do our best to have happy, healthy immune & nervous systems but these times were living in provide great challenges. Working at desks, using smart phones, distracted by busy-ness, our fast paced lives leave little time for self-care. Soma Tree Yoga’s methods promote balance, general wellbeing, flexibility, release of tension, and a sense of peace & ease, head to toe.
Wear semi snug fitting clothes. Not too tight, not too loose.
This yoga class is for all levels.
