Equinox: a time of balance and re-emergence. Join Rivka Worth & Lucia Swift for an afternoon of embodiment, sound, song and ceremony. This session is designed to offer you restorative somatic practice to support your release of old patterns and integrate new pathways.
The afternoon will include ecosomatic practice, sound meditation, song and a fire ceremony. Weave yourself back into your own being and into the circle of community.

Lucia Swift is a Sound and Music Facilitator with over 13 years’ experience working with individuals and communities through sound, voice, and vibration. Having walked closely with Indigenous cultures in Central and South America and now living in Central Australia for the past nine years, Lucia is dedicated to honouring sacred traditions and the deep healing power of song. She creates inclusive, ritual-rich spaces that invite authentic expression, insight, and connection. Lucia also leads annual Connection to Country women’s pilgrimages in Central Australia, weaving her life’s work into experiences that honour traditional owners and support cultural awareness, healing, and decolonisation.

Rivka Honeybee Worth / Nomadic Somatic, is one of Australia's leading pioneers in Community Dance practice. She has decades of experience working in Disability & Youth Arts, Community Cultural Development practice, improvisation practice and early childhood movement. She holds a BA Dance from University of Adelaide, Somatic Movement Educator (BMC), Certified 5Rhythms Teacher & The 360 Emergence Apprentice. She was previous artistic director of the following companies with and for artists with disabilities; Restless Dance Theatre, Boilover Inclusive Performance Ensemble, Founder Artistic Director of Company CHAOS and StArts with D Performance Ensemble. Rivka has directed work for Weave Movement Theatre and worked with Incite Arts and Walpiri Youth on Southern Ngalia Intergenerational women’s dance camps. She has worked as a facilitator for ArtPlay for babies and young children delivering several dance and movement workshops. She is former Dance lecturer at Northern Rivers Conservatorium Arts Centre and NORPA. Her current long-term project is Co-Director of ‘In Your Arms’, a sensory performance project tending to the relationship between new babies and the natural world. Rivka is founder of Eco Soma, the ecosomatic body-nature connection, in which she is passionately dedicated to connecting us back to nature through our own embodiment practice. Rivka is also a facilitator of Joanna Macy's 'The Work that Reconnects'.
