• Learn integrative facilitation techniques & practices to awaken body consciousness, shift neuro-emotional and psycho-somatic patterns as well as cultivate whole-being wellness
• Learn effective mind-body connection and awareness practices for accessing and resourcing the body
• Experience mindful, creative and explorative movement that links body, perception and breath as a means toward understanding the nature of our whole Self and releasing pain stored in system
