A WORKSHOP FOR MINDFUL WOMEN
Join us at SaraSessions for a transformative workshop where we explore the connection between somatic practices and writing. Dive deep into mindfulness and self-expression in a safe and supportive environment. Connect with other like-minded women as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. It is through each experience, safe space, conversation with clients, colleagues, coaches, therapists, friends, and a structured personal toolbox that we meet ourselves more consciously and authentically.
With years' worth of coaching, therapy, somatic and embodiment practices, and writing, my friend and colleague Oana and I are happy to announce our three-part workshop:
3 dates mid-October for 3 three-hour (18th, 21st, 23th october) workshop sessions. Your presence is required for all three sessions to process and integrate the work cohesively and to maintain group dynamics and trust. Refreshments are included, considering allergies and intolerances.
