This special Inner Child Healing Edition is a gentle, supportive somatic class designed to help you reconnect, soften, and heal patterns rooted in past experiences, emotional wounds, or unmet needs.

This class blends somatic movement, QiGong, breathwork, and guided body awareness to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner safety. The focus of this edition is on nurturing your inner child, building self-compassion, and creating space for healing without pressure.

This class is slow, grounding, and accessible to all bodies and experience levels. No prior experience with somatic practices or QiGong is required.

Jennifer Hansen-Silva is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) certified, Mental Health Advocate, Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
