This workshop is open to anyone interested in somatic movement practices to support wellbeing, greater ease of being, connection to self, relaxation and play. Some of the workshops will be guided using music and patterns of movement for us to explore.
And some of the workshops will offer the possibility of being guided from within through the practice of Authentic Movement.

Open to all – no previous experience necessary. Just comfy clothes and an open mind.
