English spoken Somatic Movement class based upon Bartenieff Fundamentals. Pauline’s goal in these classes is to facilitate moving with more ease, have lots of fun and to explore one’s movement potential. Pauline pays a lot of attention to letting go of unnecessary tension, by including meditative and relaxation exercises.
Open for all English speaking movers (including those with injuries). Small group, personal attention. Prior experience with somatic movement not necessary. You move all the time.
