ON THE TOP FLOOR!

In this unique offering we explore a somatic practice together using various styles of movement and breath work facilitating energetic release.  You will be gently guided while also encouraging you to move intuitively leaving space for freedom to listen to the wisdom of your own body developing a keen awareness of what your body needs in the moment.  By bringing awareness to the internal sensations that arise, we begin to notice the signals our body sends about areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance. Noticing and understanding these signals can help release old patterns and trauma, deepen intuition, and restore balance in the body, mind, and nervous system.

We will end the practice with an extended Savasana allowing for rest as the vibrations of sound wash over you. Sound healing uses sympathetic vibrations to shift the mind and body into a state of regeneration and is a very powerful means for healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This practice is perfect if you are looking to develop more mindful awareness in your body and your life while sharing space with others and exploring something new.
