Join us for a Somatic Movement and Sound Therapy Workshop with Darius Garland!
Darius uses breathwork, meditation, and Somatic Experiencing to help people heal trauma. He opens the door for participants to experience self-love, spiritual connection, the power of boundaries, abundance, loving relationships, and more. These life-altering modalities connect people to their capacity for wellness and joy, while encouraging them to reconnect with themselves, others, and with their source. Darius’s work strives to create a world in which wellness is accessible for all.
