3) Free-Form Ecstatic Dance featuring ceremony, ritual, and sacred space-holding.

Our Philosophy and Approach:

In our classes, we use Somatic Practices to help you transition from your 'thinking mind' into your feeling body. This is a moving meditation: the rhythm of constantly returning to your physical self becomes a dance.

We focus on 'melting' the numbness and armoring caused by suppressed stress and emotion. By releasing physical tension, you reopen the lines of communication between your body and your intuition. Step out of your head and back into your life.

Moving with full-body awareness can lower cortisol levels and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of "fight-or-flight" and into a state of calm. Become a facilitator who leads people beyond the noise of the mind to rediscover the intuition and inner guidance that only the body can provide.
