Somatic Movement and Breathwork Sessions in Ipswich

Get out of your head. Get back in your body.
Two sessions, once a month. No positive thinking, no bypassing, no bullshit — just movement, breath, and the truth your body's been carrying for you.
What is somatic, actually?
Somatic is Greek for "of the body" that's it, no more complicated than that. Somatic movement is any movement you do while paying attention to what it feels like from the inside, instead of what it looks like from the outside.
Your body remembers things your mind has tried to forget. Grief, anxiety, old stories about who you're allowed to be, none of it lives only in your head. It sits in your shoulders, your jaw, your hips, in the breath you hold without noticing. Talking about it helps. Moving through it helps more.
These sessions aren't therapy, and they're not a substitute for professional support if that's what you need. What they are is a room to practice what confidence actually feels like in your body the real kind, not the performed kind.
UNTAMED
Blindfold on, headphones in, the rest of the world blocked out. This is guided but unscripted — permission to drop the performance and move exactly how your body wants to. Shake it out, stretch, stand completely still, or fall apart a little. There's no wrong way to do this one, and no one's watching — that's the point.
SENSUAL SELF
A guided visualisation that takes you inward — into your body, your breath, your centre. This isn't about being sexy. Come exactly as you are. It's about being witnessed in your femininity, your softness, your strength — held by a room full of women doing the same.
Bring: a water bottle, notepad and pen, and wear comfortable, free clothing you can move in.
📍 Venue: Fearless Females gym. 9a Pine Mountain Road, North Ipswich
Untamed: Saturday 15th 3:30pm
Sensual Self: Sunday 30th 8:45am
Investment: $37 per session
