We are so excited to welcome back Christine Strong for another powerful Somatic Movement and Breath experience.
Somatic comes from the Greek word “soma” which means in the body. This is a restorative practice that works to regulate the nervous system. Connect with your breath with simple movements to release and begin to heal and move the body in a pain free way.

The new moon in Pisces is a time for greater self love, acceptance, and forgiveness. Movements will encompass the whole body through a focus on self-love, followed by resetting breath work, and a longer sound bath and integration time.
