The field of epigenetics tells us that gene expression can turned on and turned off. I think the fundamental reason behind why Family Constellations work is that the intense emotions experienced in constellations somehow hook up to the intense emotional experiences of our ancestors, changing our gene expression and healing us in real time. The method is used around the world to heal both generational and transgenerational trauma.
But did you know that constellations also can be used to look directly at symptoms, illnesses, chronic conditions, migraines and physical symptoms? Or to release trauma held in the body from operations gone wrong, or help you finally wake up from anesthesia that never really got quite out??
Fascia transmits information around the body faster than your nervous system. It is around every single cell in your body. Every. Single. Cell. It connects everything in our body to itself, making us neverending or neverbeginning. I like to think of it like the body's mycelial network.
On these evenings we are going to use your fascial superhighway, namely the fascia of your heart, to show you the truth behind your symptom/physical expression, helping you to move beyond hidden patterns.
