Join us for a serene morning flow guided by Lotem Porat of The Mindry, Malibu—a nurturing class designed to awaken your body and calm your mind as you begin the day.

Each Thursday morning, we’ll gather by the lake to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves in a peaceful and supportive setting.

Beginning in December, class packages will be available for continued participation.
