There comes a point where the body can no longer carry what the soul is trying to outgrow.

The grief.
The pressure.
The constant holding for everyone else.
The self abandonment.
The heaviness that keeps whispering there has to be more than this.

This ceremony is for the ones ready to let go.

Ready to stop suppressing.
Ready to stop carrying emotions that were never meant to live in the body forever.
Ready to release the stories, pain, uncertainty, and survival patterns keeping them disconnected from themselves, their joy, and their truth.

Together, Kelli and Melinda will guide you through a powerful somatic experience weaving breathwork, somatic movement, Reiki, sound, and intentional guidance to help the body safely move what has been stuck, buried, silenced, or held for too long.

This is not about performing healing.
This is about honesty.
This is about allowing the body to speak.
To shake.
To soften.
To release.
To remember.

Through conscious breath and intuitive movement, we will work with the wisdom of the body to shed what is no longer aligned and create space for something new to emerge.

Following the active portion of the ceremony, participants will be held in the healing frequencies of sound and Reiki allowing the nervous system to integrate, ground, and reconnect with the light that has always existed within.

You do not need experience.
You do not need to have it all figured out.
You only need the willingness to meet yourself fully.

This is your permission to stop carrying it all.
To reclaim your body.
Your voice.
Your softness.
Your joy.
