Somatic Gong: The Frequency of Gratitude in Abundance.

How often do we stop to feel the "wealth" that is already vibrating within us?

Abundance isn't something we have to go out and find—it is a resonance we can cultivate from the inside out. This March, join us for an evening of deep somatic rest and sonic expansion as we use the power of the Gongs to tune into the "Frequency of Gratitude."

Join us at The Zula Den for an evening of deep somatic rest and sonic immersion. In this session, we use the power of the Gongs to anchor the frequency of gratitude into our nervous systems, allowing us to feel the "Swell of Enoughness" in our very cells.

About this event: PLEASE NOTE: This is an RSVP-only listing to hold your interest. Official registration and payment are required via the studio's MindBody app to secure your mat.

The Experience: We will begin with a gentle somatic grounding practice to locate the "Somatic Hum"—that physical sensation in the body that signals we are safe, supported, and provided for.

Once we’ve anchored into that feeling, you will lie back and let the Gongs do the work. The gongs act as a literal amplifier for your intentions. As the sound waves wash over you, we will:

• Soften the nervous system to move from contraction into expansion.
• Anchor the "Somatic Hum" of gratitude into your cells.
• Visualize the "Golden Light" of abundance filling your energetic field.

You will leave feeling energetically "wealthy," deeply relaxed, and tuned into the many forms of plenty already present in your life.

• Provided: Yoga mats and bolsters are available at the studio.
• Please Bring: A blanket (your body temperature will drop during the sound bath), a journal/pen, and any additional pillows for your comfort.
• Arrival: Doors open at 10:45 AM. Please arrive early to enjoy a cup of tea from the studio's tea bar and select your stone.
• Parking: Free on-site parking (limited) and free street parking are available around the studio.
