This energising Saturday morning class includes dynamic fluid vinyasa sequencing, pranayama (breath work), intuitive dance, and a nourishing savasana.
You will be invited to drop down into the intelligence and wisdom and pleasure of your own body, so you can connect and communicate to the deepest parts of your being.
You will be invited to move authentically and intuitively and pour your attention into your miraculous body.
You will be invited to return home to yourself and reconnect to source/love.
Classes are theme-based (e.g. heart, synchronicity, season, moon phase etc) and blend movement, breathework, earthy aromas, mystical poetry, beautiful music, and nurturing savasanas (relaxation at end).
