Somatic Experiencing & DBT Group - Sneak Peak

This FREE event is meant for therapists to experience the benefits and flow of our NEW Somatic Experiencing and DBT group we will be offering the community in April.

This 8-week course will be offered to 8 participants starting April 23, 2025. It was desiged to integrate breathwork, movement, emotional awareness, and DBT skills; helping participants cultivate mindfulness, emotional resilience, and physical well-being. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

René Connolly is the only Barre Intensity Certified Instructor in Hawai'i and is a pre-licensed mental health counselor. With certifications in Barre Intensity Interval Training, Advancing Cueing, Pre & Post-Natal Barre, and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), René blends her expertise in movement and mental health to create a unique somatic practice for you.
