Somatic Exercise Teacher Training
Learn neuromuscular exercises to reconnect your brain with your muscles. This helps to release stress and tension in your body and enjoy pain free freedom in movement. Habitual movement patterns can cause pain and discomfort. Reconnect your mind and body, training your brain to teach your muscles to relax improving mobility, flexibility, posture, strength and balance. Rooted in the teachings of Thomas Hanna, these exercises have the potential to alter unproductive muscle patterns.
By participating in somatic movement exercises, your body can release stored trauma, encouraging a more natural flow of energy.
