This immersive experience combines somatic breathwork, guided therapeutic journeying, and emotional release techniques to help you move stuck energy, release tension, and access deeper layers of healing. You will be guided through:

• Guided Emotional Processing – A therapeutic journey to safely explore and release suppressed emotions.
