Somatic Embodiment Magic

A sacred and intimate evening for Women who are wanting to connect with their authentic truth. An opportunity to journey within and explore the relationship between sense of self and the body. An opportunity to use movement and vocalisation to express and explore the energetics that are held within the body.

This incredible evening is for women who are wanting to:

- Connect deeply with their truth and their bodies.

- Connect with their creative and expressive self.

- Explore and or let go of energies and experiences that are held within the body.

- Re-program old stories and belief patterns that are held within the physical body and mind.

- Make changes in their lives around the reality in which they are experiencing.

What to expect from the evening?

- Once you arrive you will be welcomed to the space with a welcome ritual.

- You will be invited to place your belongings in the storeroom and then make your way to the floor with the other women.

- The movement and vocalising portion of the evening goes for 2 hours.

- Once the movement is complete, you will be invited to join us in circle to share your experience (if this feels in alignment for you.)

- Integration Support is offered to all women post the event.

Who is Karis Harlon?

Karis Harlon has had over 12 years of experience in facilitating sacred women's events. She is a heart centered woman of service, dedicated to supporting women and children. She is very passionate about what she is here to share and gives with her whole being. Karis is currently in the process of building a Luxury, Off Grid Transformation Retreat in Noosa, QLD.
