Somatic De-Armouring: Pelvic Floor to Upper Palate is a 2-hour, nervous system–led workshop designed to release deep protective holding that can restrict embodied safety, boundaries, or expression.

The experience weaves guided somatic awareness with:

• Select manual techniques to soften survival muscle guarding
• Hypopressive breathing to reduce intra-abdominal pressure
• Somatic dialogue meditation with therapeutic imagery

Together, these practices support the restoration of safety and coherence along the body’s primary pathway of expression—from the pelvic floor through the diaphragm, throat, and mouth.

The workshop is trauma-informed, consent-based, and appropriate for:

About the Facilitator:

Dr. Somer Nicole is a Physical and Somatic Therapist devoted to nervous system strengthening, feminine embodiment, sensual somatics, and energy alchemy. She is the creator of the Somatic Reparenting Method™, a neuro-somatic approach to healing attachment and restoring inner safety.
