This Somatic Dance Journey, facilitated by Sarah and DJ'd by Lili Eve is an invitation to consider and move with what it would feel like to be guided by your joy... To say yes to what lights you up and to know that you will be supported by the pulse of life that moves through all things (including YOU).
So often we feel the call of our hearts towards something that we KNOW will bring us joy and yet in the process of saying YES, we often have to move through stories, belief systems and limitations that have us question our worth, doubt our potential, or worry about what might go wrong...
We find ourselves in the dance of the head and the heart, do you know the one I'm talking about?
AND I'm sure we've all felt the feeling of expansion on the other side of this, when we move through the discomfort, lean into FAITH and step into the unknown, to let go of fear and follow our joy, guided by our hearts...

What is Somatic Dance?
Somatic dance is a facilitated free form movement journey, paired with a soundscape to support your embodiment. This is a judgement free space where ALL OF YOU is welcome.
We hold a sacred space for you to melt away the stories & limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you, so that you can open up to new possibility and reconnect with your divine essence through reclaiming the freedom of dance, without there being a "right" way to move.
Our guidelines are:
No talking on the dance floor, instead we remember the language of our bodies
No phones or photography, we respect the vulnerability of this experience and take the memories into our cells
No alcohol or substances, dance is the medicine
No previous experience necessary to join, all are welcome!
This dance will be held in Riverton outdoors (weather permitting), location to come and will end with a special gong sound bath to bathe in the frequencies you have opened up to.
Register in advance to secure your space, or bring cash on the day.
