Somatic Dance Space hosted by Jessa Llewellyn Therapy. This in-person session is open to all who wanna dance. Located in the private Lounge Room at The Mark Manhattan Laundry location at 1328 Florida Ave NW. Jessa will combine her knowledge of the nervous system and her experiences as a dancer to create a safe exploratory space for you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and have some fun. Our bodies are the containers for our lived experiences. It is time to give that body some love and care.
