In this event I am inviting you on a journey of self-exploration and self-expression through intuitive, conscious movement. We will embrace the wisdom of our bodies - allowing it to guide us as we spiral, stretch, shake, yawn, jump, feel and flow ✨✨

The invitation is to tune into the subtle sensations that arise in every moment. To be - and not performing. As we tune into the sensations within we give space for the softness, the strength, the fluidity, and the stillness of our bodies ?

・Remember to sign up (the event is limited to 10 participants)
・Please arrive 10–15 minutes before we start to settle into the space (It won’t be possible to enter the space after the event begins).
