Join this somatic circle where we will drop into our bodies by using breathwork, primal sound, shamanic drumming & movement.
We will use sound vibration, movement & your own sound healing frequency to hold space for the body to be heard, & to allow the energy to move through you.
It's a great way to connect with yourself if you feel that you've been in your head a lot, feeling disconnected, or want to be part of a energetic community in a circle. The sound vibrations open energetic doorways for ourselves to move through.
The space will be held by Faye who is a qualified Sacred Somatic Journeys Practitioner.
You don't need a drum to join & you can participate as much as you want too. Everything is welcomed.
