Pre-Work
There is a digital release everyone IS REQUIRED to sign prior. Similar to a yoga class, we suggest not a ton of caffeine and no food 2 hours prior.

-cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack

-retinal detachment
-osteoporosis
-history of seizures
-stroke
-major psychiatric conditions
-recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.
