Somatic Breathwork WorkshopJoin us for a powerful 3-hour Breathwork workshop designed to reconnect you with your body release what no longer serves and create space for healing and clarity.
🌀 Workshop outline is -
Introduction to the Breathwork technique/s
Gentle somatic movement meditation to prepare the body
Up to 1 hour and 20 minutes of conscious connected breathwork
This is a safe nurturing space to explore your inner landscape shift energy and open to greater presence and peace held by two experienced Breathwork facilitators and a dedicated support person.
What to expect;
💫 Emotional Release & Healing: Create space to process and release stored emotions in a safe and supportive environment
💫 Supportive Community: Share a space with like-minded individuals on a collective journey of healing and self-discovery using your breath
💫 No Experience Needed: Whether you have already experienced Breathwork or are an absolute beginner all are welcome - just bring an open heart
💫 Soundscapes & Music: During the Breathwork experience you will be guided by carefully curated music and sound healing elements to enhance your experience
To begin we bring forth our intentions for the workshop followed by a somatic moving meditation . Then moving onto the Breathwork where the magic happens.
👥 Limited to 12 participants🌿 No prior experience needed — everyone is welcome🤍
Costs: $95 per ticket - comfortable mats are provided for you; as well as some blankets and head cushions. You are invited to bring your own blanket as it may be cool and ideally wear loose comfortable clothing. We will close with light refreshments with time to reflect on your afternoon.
About Us
Both Shanie and Erin are certified and experienced Breathwork practitioners with more than 20 combined years experience in this field. They are passionate about the healing modality of Breathwork as they have seen the transformative effects in their own and their clients lives. They are both professional members of the Australian Breathwork Association.
