Join us for a transformative 2-hour Somatic Breathwork Experience led by certified breathwork facilitator Sherika Tenaya, designed to guide you deep into your body’s innate wisdom and healing potential.
This immersive workshop blends conscious breathing techniques with gentle somatic practices to help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner calm and clarity. Whether you're new to breathwork or have an established practice, Sherika creates a supportive and inclusive environment where all bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcomed and honored.
Throughout the session, you'll:
Learn foundational somatic and breathwork techniques that can be integrated into daily life
Explore trauma-informed practices to help safely release emotional and physical blockages
Be guided through a full breathwork journey set to curated music
Experience deep rest and integration with grounding exercises and optional group sharing
Sherika Tenaya brings years of expertise in somatic healing modalities and a compassionate, intuitive approach to her facilitation. Her workshops are rooted in the belief that healing happens best in safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental spaces.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat and any items to help you feel comfortable lying down (ample props provided)
