Join Habitual Roots & Dr. Peggy Boyer for our monthly Somatic Breathwork Experience at ALC Mosaic!
During this event, you'll be guided through a powerful breathwork technique aimed at moving stagnant energy, releasing what no longer serves you, and promoting relaxation.
What to expect:
- Begin with a grounding meditation to connect to inner balance and presence.
- Smooth Transition into a guided group breathing experience.
- Q&A and group discussion post experience to help with integration, fostering shared insights and understanding.
- Walk away with practical skills and a refreshed, grounded perspective.
What to bring:
- Comfy, loose clothing/typical yoga attire
- Yoga Mat / Blanket

About your facilitator:
Dr. Peggy Boyer is a Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner and Teacher, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, and Certified Executive and Personal
Coach. She holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology, a M.S. in Clinical Psychology, and a M.S. in I/O Psychology. She is a life-long learner and is always adding new tools to her toolkit.
