This isn’t just “breathing” - it’s a powerful, transformative practice. Through a continuous, connected breathing pattern, you can:Our journey begins by understanding of the breath. Through shared contemplation or movement practices, we'll foster a connection with ourselves and each other. We'll spend up to an hour lying down, engaging in active breathwork and relaxed integration.
$40 per person.
This breathwork can support:
- Releasing tension and stress
- Let go of old, stuck emotions
- Deepen your connection to yourself
- Gain insight and clarity
- Access altered states of consciousness
- Attain a more relaxed state
- Boost your immune system
What you'll need:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a mat, a pillow, and one or two blankets
- Have a water bottle for hydration after the session
- If you enjoy journaling, bring a journal with you
For your comfort, we recommend keeping meals light at least an hour before the session. Arriving early allows you to set up your cozy spot and complete a waiver form.
Please be aware that this practice may evoke strong emotions, memories, and physical sensations.
