Join my 4 Sundays Somatic Boot Camp!This particular SOMATIC YOGA program is to assist you in getting unstuck, opening your energetic potential and learn real grounded foundational tools to help you stay Human ;)
These sessions are designed to work deeply and subtly in decluttering stagnant energy in your nervous system due to adrenal response to life stressors, control programs, and repressed life force. Decompress the Vagus Nerve, release trauma (any adaptive response to change, stresses the nervous system) deprogram the PSOA, access your inner fire, creative expression, voice, and power, through holistic movements, breath work, and bioenergetic movement.
x4 Sunday weekly group sessions 1.5 hrs - Starting Sunday 21st of September 2025 for 4 Sundays at 4:30pm-6pm Venue Ridgway School, Mornington rd, Brooklyn. Price is for x4 sessions at $120 and $80 unwaged /student. you can also bring cash on the day but commit to all sessions please.
We will work together in an unstructured, un-linear way, yet utilizing classic temple practices which include kundalini yoga postures and breath, rebirthing breath technology, mantra, EFT (tapping) TRE (trauma/tension release), and *Divadassi temple holistic dance flow.
Unlocking inner body technology through breath, trembling, movement, and subtle holistic dance and mudras (activation or access codes within our body organic technology) This is a very intuitive and holistic approach, tailored specifically to what your body is asking and needing, initiation or strengthening your relationship with your body at all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and energetic self.
