Somatic Body + Breath Mapping: A 2.5 Hour Exploration of the Self

This is a small, intimate workshop that uses intuitive, creative, body-based learning that allows you to explore, communicate and learn more about the stories and narratives that live inside our body.

This style of creative expression combines art, with breath, movement and story telling to help us to reconnect with our own sense of self, identity, and internal agency.

This workshop is guided by Sarah Jamieson, NLP Practitioner, Somatics Educator, Breath-worker and Intuitive and aims to hold a brave and creative space to listen and learn from our own innate body-consciousness.

The class will start off a group meditation, breath work and sprinkling in subtle movement and story telling to encourage the hidden to surface.

This classes theme is "re-wilding of the heart." If you are new to Somatics, don't worry Sarah will offer an introduction to the main concepts that tie into this creative expression of soul work.

Each participant will create their own life-sized canvas, mapping out their own body using a variety of artistic mediums, marks, symbols, words, natural materials, and fresh botanicals.

This class is ideal for people shadow dancing, moving through transitions, and experiencing the shifts that life brings. It can bring clarity, growth and a sense of cleansing.

All materials, along with tea to nourish the nervous system are provided and you take home your life sized canvas at the end of the evening.

These classes will be offered once a month with only 5 spots available.
