If you love to dance and want a balance between feel-good and grounding energy, this class is for you. You will enjoy 30 minutes of dance and stretching, followed by 30 minutes of meditation that focuses on your chakras. If you haven't done either, please don't worry, this is for every level.
This includes ages 7 and above. Please bring water and a mat for the class. I recommend being barefoot or wearing socks (if you can't do either, bring shoes that are clean on the bottoms).
