somatic beading workshop ⋆.ೃ࿔*:･

You'll be guided through a short somatic practice to connect your mind and your body, to then let that energy flow into creating your very own piece of jewelry (while listening to some sick music, snacking, and getting to other amazing people !)

Beading has always been a really somatic and meditative experience for me. It is so easy to get lost in the process of picking your beads, putting them together and stringing them (in the best way possible). So I thought it would be perfect to mix my two worlds together and create a unique experience.

The art and magic of creating from a place of groundedness, and intuition!

What the ticket includes:

• a short somatic practice to get in tune with your body + help creativity flow a little easier
• a guided session on how to start and finish your piece (with a paper guide that you can take home!)
• all materials provided, including an amazing selection of beads + stainless steel findings
• your choice of making a necklace, bracelet, or bag charm
• a little baggie to take your creation home in ♡
• a chance to meet other amazing people in the city and share your creations and ideas with eachother!

Bring your own:

• friend (or come alone, everyone is welcome! ) :)
• music taste (recommendations are VERY welcome throughout our little beading picnic)
• blanket to sit on
• water and any snacks you'd like to share! (optional, of course)

Come make something with your hands, listen to good music, get a little grounded, and leave with something that’s completely yours !! ♡
