This training offers a deep journey into body de-armouring, nervous system regulation, and the restoration of breath-energy flow trhough the body. Throughout the course, you will gain knowledge and hands-on practice in releasing emotional and energetic traumas, tensions, blockages, and pain from the body in a healthy, supportive, and safe manner.As you progress through the training, you'll learn to use psychosomatic awareness through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and energetic practices that will enable you to identify the held-back somatic and emotional tension in your clients' bodies, giving you the tools you need to help them soften their pain, release their trapped emotions and come into an state of ALIGNMENT.
By blending precise techniques that include trigger points, dynamic movements, Breathwork and somatic therapy and de-armouring, you'll develop a practice that will allow you to release difficult blockages and past traumatic experiences from your clients' bodies.
