Soma Healing Journey Level 2 is a women’s weekend immersion for graduates of Level 1, offering a deeper exploration of the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
- Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th October
- 10am - 5:30pm
- $625 waged / $525 unwaged (ID required) / ACC ISSC claim FREE (see below)
- Soma Healing Journey Graduates (Prerequisite)
Building on nervous system awareness and emotional regulation, this trauma-informed journey weaves Soma Yoga, TRE®, breathwork, neuroeducation, journalling, and group process to support greater self awareness, embodied boundaries, and emotional resilience. Together we work with themes and support a return to self trust, authenticity, and more grounded, connected relationships.
A supportive, experiential space to deepen the work and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

*THIS JOURNEY IS FULLY FUNDED for women / wāhine 18 yrs and above, with accepted ISSC claims with ACC and who are in supported recovery with a therapist or kaitiaki.
