A powerful four-round SOMA Breath® journey designed to move you from calm grounding into embodied strength and activation.
Beginning with soothing 2:4 rhythms and evolving into energising 2:2 breathing patterns, this guided experience combines hypnotic drumming, Eastern tones and tribal soundscapes to build internal power safely and progressively.
