Joy is a revolutionary act. “Reclaiming Joy” is a celebration of womanhood—not in response to pain, but as a birthright. In a world that often expects Global Majority women to endure, this retreat creates a vibrant space for play, laughter, and deep creative reflection. Through gentle somatic movement, guided visualisation, and sound therapy, participants will reconnect to creativity, femininity and joy.

You don’t need to earn your joy. It's yours.

Soma & Sound: Healing Retreats For GM Women is a series created for processing, reflection, and integration.

You'll be guided by an ACCPH Somatic Therapist and Level 2 Sound Healer in a curated safe space. Join us for a day of movement, breath, creative reflection, and soundscapes.

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and prioritise your well-being. This event is all about slowing down, connecting with yourself, and integrating the parts of you that you have kept suppressed. Come and experience nurture and joy in community with other Black women.
