Soma & Sound
About this Event
We’re back for one final Soma & Sound of the year.
Join Jennifer Miles-Williams and Moshé Williams for 90 minutes of gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, deep rest, and live sound inside the immersive setting of Walter Art Gallery.
Throughout the entire experience, Moshé creates a continuous live soundscape using crystal singing bowls, gong, percussion, euphone, and other instruments. Sound accompanies the movement and meditation from beginning to end, eventually giving way to an extended period of stillness and deep rest.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are.
