Soma & Sound is a 90-minute immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

Through gentle somatic movement, guided meditation, and live sound created continuously from start to finish, this experience supports nervous system restoration and deep rest.

This gathering is inspired by a moment in the season that invites less effort and more integration; a chance to let what’s been building in your life begin to settle and take shape.
