Solutions for Occupational and Environmental Health: Meeting the Moment

On November 1st, , a non-profit formed to continue the work of Chuck Levenstein and Tony Mazzocchi, will host a speaker's forum before the American Public Health Association’s (APHA) annual meeting in Washington, DC. Speakers, including former OSHA Deputy Assistant Secrerary Jim Frederick (Invited), will address the current attacks on science, democracy and the regualtory state. There will be an opporuntinity for questions and answers.

This event will bring together public health practitioners across the country to discuss and learn how to respond to this crisis and serve as a fundraiser for which is largely supported by grassroots donations. Through this event, we hope to build community with one another and leave motivated, focused, and collaborative, as scientists, advocates, researchers, residents, and representatives.
