Join Dr. Rachel Stricker and Starfire Jones for a soul nurturing evening on Winter Solstice, Saturday, December 21. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set our intentions and clear any blockages and then transition into a soothing restorative yoga class by candlelight. We’ll then finish with a deeply healing sound bath. All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary. Please bring a mat and a blanket and pillow/cushion if you’d like.
