At Christ the King in Torrance, during December we consider the whole timeline of "Salvation History" as we walk the labyrinth. We adorn the labyrinth with light and dark, rocks, plants, shells, and other items from the natural world. We journey with Mary and Joseph but we also journey with the quartz, sandstone, amaryllis, and drift wood. God comes near to us all this season.
