As the early winter season envelops us in its crisp embrace, join us for a unique evening under the first full moon of winter, as we also celebrate the Solstice. Set in our cosy indoor haven by the ocean’s serene backdrop, this Trilogy event is designed to harmonise with the reflective and tranquil energies of the season's start.This month, we’re excited to feature a nurturing session that mirrors the essence of winter:
Francesa Gozdek: Engage in meditative creative movement with Francesca, who guides participants through a deeply immersive exploration designed to cultivate trust in the body. Her sessions are known for their ability to inspire emotional connectivity and foster a sense of personal discovery, perfectly aligning with the Solstice spirit.
Fooji: Fooji creates a sound journey that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace. Utilising a variety of instruments such as guitar, handpan, crystal bowls, Native American flute, and various shamanic instruments, Fooji activates heart medicine and offers healing vibrations.
Cibeli | iReceive: Continuing to weave Reiki into every moment, enriching our gathering with vibrations that nurture and reconnect to the heart space.
