Come immerse yourself in dance, harmonic resonance and deeply transformative sound with waves of rhythm, tribal house music and organic world beats, AND sound baths for moments of slowing down & somatic movement/ stillness.

Dance & move freely and expressively, guided by the rhythm of the music and your own inner voice. Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as they wash over you, soothing your body, mind, and soul.
This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, embrace the winter solstice energy, and find inner peace. Release! Pound your feet. Leave your worries behind and let the power of dance, connection, cuddles and sound transport you to a place of deep relaxation and joy. Connection and cuddle concert, with open mic and chill space in 2nd room. Mocktail Bar between spaces.
Conscious movement combining breath with ecstatic dance, giant gongs, deep bass & drone and video/light art. Organic house music, electronic tribal beats, and some eclectic & world music that will move you.

Curious what last year was like? Here is some of the info:
We started & ended with live sound bath with giant gongs and drone by Frank. We enter the stillness and feel the vibrations of the season in our bones. Waves of tribal house, live drums and moving into gong bathes and back into beats.
Enjoy a chill space / music, connection and cuddle party happening in the room beyond the bar at the end of the night. Music led by Katie Strand. We might do facilitated NURTURE PODS - a favorite component of Katie & Peter's Cacao Connection Concerts. And have an open mic- space for community to share carols, music or poetry.
Dance, stretch, play, connect …lie down & put your head under a gong and feel the drone to the bone.

WHEN: We open the doors at 420pm- 7pm
(Arrive during this time).
- Stay as long as you like. Event goes until 9pm.
*No one will be avail to let you in after the doors close, as we wish to dance and enjoy the sound healing for the last hours with everyone, including our door staff.

***Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm, the sound baths, and move freely as the music takes you on your journey.
*** Cuddle space is a chill room with cozy spaces to lounge and the option to cuddle with your friends with your musical guide, Katie Strand. Consent centric. No cuddles, touch or hugs without explicit consent/permission.
